(Clinical Psychologist and Psycho Oncologist)
As the founder, I am deeply passionate about helping people navigate their personal challenges and find effective solutions for a more balanced life. With extensive experience as a Clinical Psychologist and a Psycho oncologist, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations including cancer settings and psychiatric population. Each journey enriching my understanding of the human psyche. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including REBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Trauma counseling, EMDR and online counseling techniques. I believe in the power of a strong case history and personalized therapy to unlock one’s potential. Through workshops, mindfulness sessions, and seminars, I aim to empower individuals with the tools they need to manage stress, cultivate healthy relationships, and achieve their personal goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference, and I am committed to providing compassionate, effective support tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
